Ramen Noodle Slaw - (J. Bundy)

2 Packages of Beef Ramen Soup Mix
Break up noodles and set aside
Toss:

1 lb. package of cole slaw
1 cup cashews
1 cup sunflower seeds
Mix dressing:
2 beef flavor packets from soup mix
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar - (I use white vinegar)
Just before serving:
Mix noodles with slaw and nuts
Shake dressing and add to mixture and toss well
(Note: It is best to add dressing right before eating as the noodles could become soggy)

Sauerkraut Salad - (Rose Brackett

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 Cup vinegar
Hear until sugar is dissolved. Cool completely and pour over one jar or can of completely drained and rinsed, (well rinsed), sauerkraut of your choice.
Add:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup chopped green olives
1 1/2 cups chopped red & green bell peppers
Chill at least two hours before serving
Makes great leftover

Five Beans with Sausage - (D. Morrical )

-Use a large pot as the recipe makes about 9 pounds. The sausage is Jimmy Dean,
Webbers, or any other sausage you prefer. (The beans are the regular size cans, 15-16 ounce size.)
-Drain all the beans except the Pork and Beans.
-Brown and drain 1 pound regular sausage and ½ pound hot sausage (I use the whole pound of hot sausage).
-After frying the sausage, combine it with all the other ingredients in the large pot and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 ½ to 2 hours.

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can lima beans (drained)
1 can yellow beans (wax—drained
1 can green beans (drained)
1 can pork and beans (not drained)
1 can tomato soup (something like Campbell’s 10-10 ½ ounce)
1 can tomato paste (6 ounce)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
½ teaspoon chili powder
