WHAT'S UP
The OVWG works better when everyone participates.

An update on the temporary closure of the
Learning Center
The Learning Center has always been a classroom for teaching turning to the members of the OVWG.
It was never meant to take the place of a home work shop. We appreciate the frustrations of not being able to access equipment that you may not have in your shop. While the Learning Center is closed, consider calling a mentor. Some of the mentors may be willing to work with you in their own shop. The Learning Center monitors have given us feedback on how and when we might safely open the center. We have also heard from members and appreciate the concerns you have expressed. We will be monitoring the situation closely to see when we can safely open. The original date of July 1st is still what we are hoping for but we realize that the situation is changing daily. The Kennedy Heights Center has also closed until July 1st and will be extending that time as necessary.
