Subject: Update - AAW Louisville Discount Registration

Good news - 17 members have asked to be part of this discount program!
 
If you are one of those folks, please get your check to me no later than March 22.  I've already gotten a few.
 
Registration Details:  I will send your information to the AAW and THEY WILL REGISTER YOU.  All you have to do is show up at the registration desk to get your credentials.
 
I hope more of you will take advantage of this program, and of having an AAW Symposium so close to us.

Details from my original email are below.
 
1.  The deadline for being included in this program is March 22, not April 17. I put the wrong date in the first email.  Remember, you must be an AAW member to participate in this offer.
 
2.  To secure the discount, send a personal check for $315, made out to the American Association of Woodturners, to me at the following address:  8329 Sweet Briar Court, Liberty Township, OH 45044, by March 22.
 
3.  If you want a ticket to the banquet on Saturday night of the Symposium, the cost for that is $65.  This is optional.  So, your check should be either for $315 for a entrance ticket only, or $380 to include a banquet ticket for yourself.  We will have a table reserved for our group at the banquet.
 
4.  The AAW has provided the opportunity to award one discounted entrance fee of $177.50 to one of our group that registers for the discount program. On March 23 we will do a random drawing and one person will receive that discount.  That person's cost will be $177.50.  We will notify that person immediately so that he or she can send me a check for the new amount.
 
5.  Note that once we send everything in to the AAW, the cancellation fee is $75 until 5/1.  After 5/1 there will be no refund.
