This is a beginner class and will use basic spindle turning skills to make a variety of ornaments such as holiday lights, snowmen, and trees. Buff up your spindle turning, bring your holiday spirit and join us for a little fun. Club tools for the event include the spindle roughing gouge, 3/8” spindle gouge or detail gouge, 1/8” parting tool, a point tool, and burn wires. A skew or flush cut pull saw will be helpful. Finishing supplies will be provided. Bring a snack for a late morning break.
