Topic: Want to learn how to make good cuts with your gouges and avoid those nasty catches? If so this class is for you. In addition to learning good turning techniques you will also learn how to sharpen your gouges and how to keep them sharp.
Skill Level: Beginner to advanced.
Project: After learning techniques you will get to apply them by completing a project such as a vase or week pot. Time permitting Kirk will help you sharpen a problem tool.
Materials: Blanks will be provided.
Pre-requisite: Introduction to Woodturning and the OVWG LC.
