Topic: Come have fun with making a pair of salt and pepper shakers.
Skill Level: Basic and up. The pace of this class will assume you're very comfortable with gouges.
Project: Turn a pair of Tornado salt and pepper shakers. Tools used : spindle roughing gouge, spindle gouge, detail spindle gouge, parting tool, forstner bits, pen mandrel, calipers, four jaw scroll chuck (with #1 and #2 jaws talon…or equivalent).
Materials: Blanks will be provided.
Pre-requisite: Introduction to Woodturning and the OVWG LC or a prior T&L spindles series of classes.
